Different Takes on Aha’s Take on Me…

Let’s Interpret Aha’s Take on Me….

Take On Me: Mina Style

A few days ago, I recorded Mina singing to some of her favorite songs (Ogre made her a CD with all her faves).  One of them is Aha’s Take on Me, which she loves because of the video -like everyone else, I’m sure!  She answers “Dusty” when I ask her why she likes the song because he’s the one who introduced her to the video.  Without further ado…

Take On Me: Literally

Yesterday, Ogre sent me a link to someone who has made a satirical video where he sings a running commentary of the video and it is quite hilarious, particularly if you enjoy the song and video.  Here it is:

Take On Me: Family Guy Style

And then there’s my favorite Family Guy episode (from You Tube), in fact, it’s what got me to start LIKING the show (this and when Chris graffiti’d “That’s Enough John Mayer!”):

Take On Me: Aha Style

And, of course, we can’t forget the one and only, original, Take on Me video:

  1. Awesome! Ava doesn’t really have any favorite songs that she sings to. She likes Gwen Stefani, but the poor girl doesn’t get to listen to music in the car, just NPR. But I’ll bet she could hum the theme music to All Things Considered…

  2. Grace, I can’t seem to find an email contact on your website. You posted a comment to my blog several weeks ago asking if you could link to my blog. And I would be most honored. But I couldn’t figure out a way to email this to you privately. Thanks so much. Your blog is great. And it’s so nice to meet a fellow-mom blogger in the DFW area! Lawyer Mom
